Set of four ivory painted solid mahogany Regency neoclassical dining chairs which date from the early 20th century. Two armchairs. Two side. Each features a lovely distressed and aged ivory paint finish with gold gilt embellishment. Seats have been reupholstered with a soft, woven natural fabric. However the original needlepoint covers remain beneath. Armchairs measure 21" wide x 21" deep x 35" high with a 27" arm clearance and 19.5" seat rise from floor. Side chairs measure 19" wide x 19" deep x 33" high with a 19.5" seat rise from floor. All four chairs are in very good condition - extremely sturdy - with a distressed paint finish commensurate with vintage age/use. See photos for details
