At 18 inches in height - this beautiful studio blown art glass vase is a visual tour de force. the body ranges from a gold hue up to a cobalt top. Merged within are a variety of shapes and textures that make it not only unique but quite beautiful. It's form subtly graduating from an octagonal base up to a round, domed opening. Etched signature on bottom reads "Kim Walker 1993 #22". Polished and etched pontil. The original owner was based in Washington state and was a collector of local artist's works. Beyond that - we know nothing more about the artist or her work.
