Georges Briard is considered one of the preeminent American mid-century-modern designers of decor and tableware. His distinctive gold overlayed patterns were applied to barware, trays, plates, and other decorative elements. Which were marketed worldwide by retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Bonwit Teller. Today his designs are now highly coveted by discerning collectors, decorators, and entertainers worldwide.

This set of six (pus a free bonus 7th glass not shown) are offered in the "Spades" pattern. 24 carat gold with yellow and turquoise embellishment. Signed "Georges Briard".  

Each glass measures 4" diameter x 4" high.

All six (plus the 7th free bonus glass not shown) are in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, flakes, scratches, etching, or clouding of note. No major applied pattern or gold loss of note. See photos for details.
