Rising to a heigh of 43.5" this pair of vintage Italian altar candlestick lamps stand tall. Created in the mid-century - each features a carved, gessoed, and gilt embellished composite base. Upon which a three arm candelabra with brass capped beeswax candle sleeves around a center three way light socket sits. Topped by new gray linen shades and gilt finials.
Each lamp measures 43.5' high (from base to finial top) x 9" in diameter (candelabra). The shade alone measures 13" top diameter x 14" high x 15" bottom diameter. Fully assembled together they measure 43.5" high x 15" diameter.
In excellent condition they are structurally sound with no issues of note. Painted finish has been purposefully patinated, distressed, and aged. Vintage wiring has been tested and is working. The light is operated by the socket switch. A non-functioning switch is located at the center of the candelabra but is no longer operational.
