Gouache and Indian Ink on Paper. Attributed to Belgian born, later French poet, writer, philospher, and artist Henri Michaux. Signed "HM" in a style characteristic of Mr. Michaux. No further marks, signatures, etc on front or back of both the work itself and frame. Purchased at an estate auction in Connecticut with no further provenance. Wood with gold gilt frame. Acid Free matting and UV glass. Frame shows wear commensurate with age. No damage to artwork itself.
