Hand crafted by Dessin Fournir this coffee/cocktail table blend classic elegance with modern elan. Dessin Fournir is known for it's "couture" quality furniture 100% crafted in its USA workshops. The Rateau design #3008 list price is $6650. And features a Maccassar ebony veneer top embellished with silver and gold leaf in a diamond pattern. Hand forged steel klismos form frame has an antiqued silver/gold leaf finish. Measures 54" long x 22" wide x 18.5" high. In very good vintage condition. This piece has seen use over the years. Areas of the top show wear and gilt loss. The frame again has areas of finishing wear, "dings", and marks commensurate with vintage age/use. Please see photos for details.
