This piece was created in the 1992 by Sam Briseno. An Oregon coastal sculptor whose best known work is "The Ambassador". A large sculpture that welcomes visitors to Nye Beach in Newport Oregon. His sculptural work is included in the State of Oregon Collection and is highly valued by collectors in the Pacific Northwest region. Crafted of solid steel sheeting which has been cut and welded. Measures 15" wide x 31" high x 3" deep. It has an etched signature on it's lower left front which reads "Sam Briseno (c) '92"
In excellent vintage condition with no issues of note. Structurally sound - it has a purposeful applied patina. No rust, cracks, bending, or breaks. See photos for details.
