Produced from the early 18th through the late 19th centuries "Blue Canton" was created specifically for the European and American markets. Hence the moniker "Chinese Export". Rare, this rimmed soup bowl features hand-painted cobalt blue decoration over a pale celadon base.

Measures 9" diameter x 1.5" high.

In excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks, surface scratches, stains, crazing or issues of note. A few firing marks and glaze nuances with are original to the piece. See photos for details.
