1935 silver plate over Alpacca salver dish. Engraved with "KS" monogram on the front center. Alpacca is a German alloy developed In the early 19th century. Consisting of roughly 60% copper, 20% nickel, 20% zinc, and 6% tin. Displays what we believe to be a "bear" hallmark on its back. Along with the letters "ALP". Plus an engraved message which reads "AV Signore Wilhelm Alfonso 7 20 1935.

 

Measures 7" diameter x .50" high.

 

In very good antique condition. No visible silver plate loss. No substantial dents, scratches or issues with the exception of one small "dimple" to the left of the monogram. Plus surface scratches and slight residual tarnish commensurate many years of polishing. See photos for details.
