This charming set of five "tumbling" putti (cherubs) was created in the Capo di Monte factory in Naples, Italy sometime in the 19th century. Deftly crafted in porcelain- each piece is finely hand painted. All five are marked on the base with the Capodimonte mark used from 1830 - 1890. Displayed together they add a note of whimsy to a table setting, fireplace mantel, or library shelf.
