Centuries ago Chinese artisans discovered a way to create this brightest - most precious form of glass. The most prized of hues being this deep, rich turquoise hue. This shallow dish dates from sometime in late Qing dynasty. Originally designed as the perfect perch for an artist or scholar's brush - it's equally effective as a decorative dish or wine coaster.
Measures 4.75" diameter x 1.5" high.
