Designing unique and delicate enameled gold "arrangements" for Cartier and Gorham. Highly collectible at the time - they continue to be coveted by connoisseurs worldwide. This edition of "Edelweis" was designed for and sold by Gorham in 1979. Gold plated enameled brass blossoms include "quivering" bell shaped blooms which add animation to this unique work of art. Gathered within an unmarked porcelain vase by Krautheim Selb Bavaria. Measures 6" in total height x 3.75" in diameter. In excellent vintage condition with no visible issues to the flowers themselves. In addition the vase shows no cracks, chips, crazing, scratches, or issues of note. A slight residue is visible on the base rim has not been cleaned off. See photos for details.
