From 1942 through 1998 Per Lutkin created over three thousand designs for the Holmegaarde Glass Company of Denmark. To this day his "Selandia" bowl is considered a mid-century modern design icon. It's sinuous form making it a visual delight from all angles. This piece is dated 1959 (etched on the bottom) and is made of a smokey grey glass. Etched mark on bottom reads "Holmegaarde 1959:

Measures 13.5" long x 12" wide x 4" high.
