What better way to focus your guests than on this amazing 1930's Mexican folk art pottery covered centerpiece vessel. While we do not recommend it still be used as a casserole - there is no doubt that this is a hot dish! Which will engage all at the center of your table, on a sideboard, or as an anchoring element in a wall of shelves.

Crafted of glazed terracotta it features a rich varied base surface in a range of neutral hues. Over which hand-painted blue, green, brown, and yellow decoration has been applied to the scalloped sides and top lid.

Measures 14" long x 10" wide x 6" high.

In very good vintage condition. Structurally sound - there are no major chips, cracks, or issues of note. However is a slight hairline crack in one area of the lid which appears to be from the original firing and is under the glaze. See photos for details.

Shipping is in addition to the purchase price. $35 will be due prior to shipment for shipping and handling via FedEX Home/Ground within the 48 contiguous United States of America. For locations beyond we will happily provide an shipping estimate for your approval.
